Terms and Conditions for GEO Product Feed Optimizer Tool

By uploading your product feed ("Feed") to the Axonic Digital GEO Product Feed Optimizer Tool ("Service"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purpose of Service

The Service is provided as a free demonstration of our capabilities in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Its purpose is to analyze your product Feed, optimize up to one hundred (100) product entries, and prepare them for enhanced visibility within AI-driven search engines and for potential integration with platforms like ChatGPT Instant Commerce.

2. Data Usage and Privacy

• Confidentiality: We will not sell, share, rent, or otherwise distribute your Feed to any third party under any circumstances. Your data is treated as strictly confidential.
• Limited Use: The uploaded Feed will be used solely for the internal purpose of running our optimization process and providing you with an optimized version. It will not be used for any other commercial or non-commercial purpose.

3. Data Storage and Deletion

Your uploaded product Feed will be stored securely on our systems for a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the date of upload. After this period, the file will be permanently deleted from our servers.

4. Scope of Optimization

This free service will process and optimize a maximum of one hundred (100) products from the uploaded Feed. If your Feed contains more than 100 products, only the first 100 will be processed for this demonstration.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Axonic Digital makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or performance of the optimized feed. By using this Service, you agree that Axonic Digital, its employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the Service.

6. No Legal Relationship

Your use of this free tool does not constitute or create any professional, legal, or commercial relationship between you and Axonic Digital. It is a one-time, no-obligation demonstration.
